ISNS customer messaging program
These SMS Terms & Consent provisions apply when a customer or prospective customer expressly opts in to receive text messages from ISNS. The program is intended for customer and service communications, including account notices, installation or appointment coordination, billing reminders, support conversations, outage or maintenance notices, and other service-related updates.

Consent language
By providing your mobile number and expressly opting in to SMS communications from ISNS, you agree to receive recurring text messages related to your account, installation, scheduling, billing, support, and service notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Consent applies only to communications from ISNS for the program or purpose for which consent was provided. ISNS does not treat consent to unrelated terms or services as automatic consent to receive text messages.
How consent may be provided
Depending on the customer interaction, ISNS may offer SMS opt-in during service enrollment, support, an online or customer-portal interaction, a written authorization, a text-message exchange, or another process that clearly asks for permission to text the mobile number provided. ISNS may retain records of consent, including the date, method, number, program, and related account information.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your account activity, support needs, installation/scheduling activity, and service events. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan. ISNS does not control charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
STOP and HELP
- STOP: Reply STOP to opt out of ISNS text messages. ISNS may send one final message confirming the opt-out.
- HELP: Reply HELP for assistance or contact ISNS through the customer portal or email.
- Opting out of SMS does not cancel your internet service and does not prevent non-SMS communications that are otherwise permitted or necessary for your account.
Privacy and mobile information
No third-party marketing use
Mobile information, including SMS opt-in data and consent, will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process mobile information only as reasonably necessary to deliver messaging and related ISNS services, subject to their role in providing those services.

Delivery and security
Text-message delivery is subject to carrier availability, wireless service, device settings, and other factors outside ISNS’s control. SMS/MMS is not guaranteed to be private or secure. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or other highly sensitive credentials by text.
Marketing messages
The service-related consent described on this page does not automatically authorize unrelated promotional or marketing campaigns. If ISNS offers marketing texts in the future, additional or separate consent may be requested where required.
