Some locations need additional work to avoid obstacles or establish a usable service path. If that applies to your property, the additional work is quoted individually before it is performed.

ISNS does not assign a fixed monthly data allowance to these plans. Your service remains limited by the speed of the plan you select and is subject to normal network operation and the ISNS Acceptable Use Policy.
A note about internet speeds.
The download and upload rates shown above describe the service tier selected for your account. Internet performance is not the same thing as a guaranteed result from every speed test, device, or website.
Measured speeds can vary because of the wireless path to your location, network conditions, radio interference, Wi-Fi signal quality, customer device capability, local network activity, maintenance, upstream internet conditions, and the server or service you are connecting to.
Tests performed over Wi-Fi may also differ from the connection delivered to ISNS-managed equipment because Wi-Fi performance depends on distance, walls, interference, device radios, and where equipment is located in the home.
Fixed wireless is location-specific. Availability and the best service option for a property are confirmed based on the path between the customer location and the ISNS network.

Yes. All three plans include managed dual-band Wi-Fi.
Is there a monthly data cap?
No. ISNS does not assign a fixed monthly data allowance to these plans. Service is limited by the speed of the selected plan and remains subject to the Acceptable Use Policy.
How much is installation?
Standard installation is $99 and includes the equipment required for a regular installation. Properties requiring additional work are quoted individually as needed.
Can every address receive service?
Not necessarily. Fixed-wireless service depends on network coverage and the usable path between the property and ISNS infrastructure. ISNS can check availability for your location.
