This Privacy Policy explains how ISNS (“ISNS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information associated with our website, customer relationships, internet service, support, billing, customer portal, and text messaging.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with ISNS, we may collect information you provide directly and information generated through use of our services.

  • Name, service address, mailing address, email address, and telephone number.
  • Account, installation, service, billing, support, and customer-care information.
  • Information submitted through the ISNS Customer Portal at

  • Payment-related information processed when you pay an invoice or manage billing through the customer portal or an authorized payment provider.
  • Technical information reasonably needed to provide, secure, maintain, or troubleshoot internet service, such as IP addresses, device/network identifiers, service logs, and network performance information.
  • SMS/MMS information such as your mobile number, consent status, opt-in and opt-out records, message content, and message timestamps when you use ISNS text messaging.

How we use information

  • Provide, install, maintain, support, and improve ISNS services.
  • Create and manage customer accounts, billing, payments, and support requests.
  • Communicate about installation, appointments, account matters, billing, service conditions, outages, maintenance, and support.
  • Protect customers, systems, equipment, and the ISNS network from fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or security threats.
  • Meet legal, regulatory, accounting, and operational requirements.

Customer portal and payments

ISNS customers may use crm.isns.net to access billing, make payments, and request or manage support. Information submitted through the portal may be processed by systems and service providers used to operate the portal, billing functions, payment processing, or support services.

Do not send full payment-card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive credentials by ordinary email or SMS.

SMS and mobile information

Mobile privacy commitment

Mobile information, including text-messaging opt-in data and consent, will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be disclosed to service providers only as reasonably necessary to deliver messaging, support, or other requested ISNS services, or when disclosure is required by law.

When you consent to ISNS SMS/MMS communications, we may use your mobile number for account, installation, scheduling, billing, customer-support, service, outage, or maintenance communications described in our SMS Terms & Consent. Consent to service-related text messaging is not a condition of purchasing internet service.

When we share information

We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate our network, customer portal, billing, payments, communications, hosting, security, or support functions; with professional advisers; with a successor in a business transaction; or when required or permitted by law. We do not authorize service providers to use customer information for unrelated purposes.

Cookies and website data

The website may use necessary cookies, server logs, and similar technologies for site operation, security, performance, and basic analytics. Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies, although some functions may not work properly afterward.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and accounting records, resolve disputes, protect the network, document consent, and meet legal obligations. ISNS services and this website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13 through this website.

You may contact ISNS to ask about or update account information. For SMS, reply STOP to opt out of text messages and HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your internet service or prevent ISNS from contacting you through other permitted channels when necessary.
